Easy, convenient and healthy.
- 1/3 c. oats
- 1/3 c. vanilla almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 cup of raspberries or desired fruit
- 1 mason jar… obviously things taste better in mason jars
Mix up, seal, refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
